I asked...Patti,<br />I'm so glad you made the jelly!<br />I asked P, and he said it can 24-36 hours to fully set. <br />If you want to post tomorrow it still might be kinda loose.<br />I asked Meg and she said that her French friends who inspired the recipe don't add pectin at all and make more of a dandelion syrup.
